Accounts mapping
From EFrontWiki
To map an account with another account you should go to your personal settings and set the details of the other account.
For every mapped account a new icon will be created on the log-out sidebar. Just click on the icon to be transfered to the other account.
Here is a common usage scenario for Accounts Mapping. You have an account as professor and one as student and you need to check how the lesson look-like for the user. Just map the professor account with the student (and the student account with the professor to be able to get back). From within a lesson click the mapped user icon and you will be transferred to the same lesson on the student interface. Click it once more to get back to where you were.
Another common scenario is a setup with one person that acts as both an administrator and a professor. The separation between the admin and professor role that is inherent to eFront may seem as an overhead when you want to create lessons and add content through one user. To overcome this issue just map two accounts that represent the distinct identities of one user and use the single-click login to move from one account to the other.
The mapping between accounts does not work immediately for both ends. For example, if you map a professor with a student then the student is not automatically mapped with the professor. This offers more flexibility on how this feature will be used.
