eFront is an easy-to-use, visually attractive, feature rich, SCORM certified eLearning system. eFront also supports the Human Capital Development inside organizations through specialized functionality. You can use eFront to build alive learning communities that educate, entertain and retain the end-users.

eFront has the following main characteristics:

  • Easy to use: eFront was build from scratch with the end user in mind. You will find it rather natural to get used to its interface, where most options are self-explanatory.
  • Visually attractive: We didn't want to build just another eLearning tool. We aim to build the most elegant and effective eLearning tool.
  • Technologically advanced: eFront is an Ajax powered, Unicode, LDAP and SCORM supporting, multilingual eLearning platform.
  • Pedagogical concepts: eFront Integrates sound pedagogical concepts that guide users and keep them motivated.
  • Open Source: eFront is offered as an open source software. Download it for free, customize it to your needs, add new functionalities and share them with the community. Although distributed as free software, eFront is being supported by a professional team of highly skilled developers. We also offer paid services and an Enterprise version that is better suited for company usage.
  • Complete: eFront includes a wide variety of components that help you create your lesson structure and add content, build online-tests, communicate with others, track users' history and progress, conduct surveys, assign projects, and create certifications. And this list just scratches the surface of the system.

eFront comes in four editions:

eFront Community is a fully flexible eLearning 2.0 system capable of fulfilling a wide range of learning needs. the Community edition is offered as open-source and free system and it is available for download through the main eFront site at: (http://www.efrontlearning.net).

eFront Community++ brings payments support and social extensions on top of the community edition.

eFront Educational is a flexible solution for educational organizations or colleges. It brings support for the latest eLearning standards together with better reporting capabilities.

eFront Enterprise integrates many extensions that are suitable for a company environment. These include skills management, job-description management, branch support, skill-gap analysis and more.
